how do I reset my password?

open the app, tap "Use a password instead" on the login screen, then use the "Forgot password" option. a reset link will be sent to your email.

can my employer see my mood responses?

no. moood uses a blind relay that structurally separates your identity from your mood data. your employer sees aggregate sentiment trends only — never individual responses linked to a person. see our privacy policy for details.

how do I delete my account?

open the app, go to Settings > Data & Privacy, and tap "Delete Account". this permanently removes your profile, email, and organisation membership. anonymous mood data remains in the database but cannot be linked to you.

how do I export my data?

open the app, go to Settings > Data & Privacy, and tap "Import / Export My Data". your mood history will be exported as a JSON file.
